The last few months have been a lot of trial and error, and not exactly the methodological kind. After all, this site is built on a hefty list of firsts.
First time managing a website, products, an actual business, and that's barely scratching the surface. Creating content for the publication itself was a steep learning curve. Lots of ideas came and went. Some tools were created one day and scrapped the next. Others went through countless iterations before finally getting shipped. Your feedback and support has helped shaped some of these decisions, and for that we are forever grateful. Here are some updates on what's next now that we've found our footing.
The goal for AF remains the same: practical privacy and AI, not theory-crafting, news, or regulatory updates.
This means putting out content and resources you can actually act on, rather than another topic for a circle-jerk discussion panel that emphasizes the importance of privacy but quietly tries to sneak out of the room when you starting asking about the "how".

One consolidated toolkit
We've consolidated our tools into a single AF Toolkit at toolkit.advokatfrida.com. As usual, the tools are local storage only and do not make any network calls: we see nothing, send nothing, and prefer to keep it that way. Trust us, we have enough problems of our own.
If you'd rather not take our word for that, the AF Toolkit is on GitHub under an MIT license. Read the source, download it, and run it on your own machine.

The Mercantile is open
We launched the Mercantile at shop.advokatfrida.com which is a sticker shop (for now) selling on-brand privacy awareness merch.
The inspiration behind the stickers: everyday objects nobody actually reads, made interesting. Laundry care labels, warning stickers, safety tags. Every one of them is a perfectly good carrier for a privacy or AI point that sticks. Plus, a sticker on a laptop lid gets read far more often than a slideshow that tells the same message.
Volume 1, "Care Instructions" is now live for $6.99.
Volume 2, "Bad Matches" is already on the shelf and will be coming soon.

Wrapping up our first quarter
Thank you again for all the positive feedback and support. We can't wait to see you in Q4, starting with a Halloween edition field guide where we have some spooky privacy awareness material prepared. Here's a sneak peak:
