The Privacy Wizards Council is a free, browser-based decision aid for 16 recurring privacy and AI-governance questions. Triage a rights request, children’s data, cookies and tracking, or an automated decision that affects a person.

Sort out organizational roles and records, or your role and possible risk tier under the EU AI Act.
You do not need to know which statute or article to open first. Start with the question your team is actually asking.

The Council asks one question at a time. Open “Why this question?” when you need the reasoning, and inspect the sources as the path develops.

The decision appears first, followed by actions and timing, selected facts, and relevant sources. Copy the outcome or download the full record.
What do you leave with?
Not a green tick that disappears when you close the tab.
Every completed path gives you:
- a plain-language result;
- the facts you selected;
- the recommended actions and any relevant timing;
- the authority and official links behind the path;
- the source-review status; and
- a copyable outcome and downloadable record.
Put the record in a product ticket, privacy review, incident file, decision log, or counsel intake. The next reviewer can see the facts you supplied, the outcome, and the sources it relied on instead of reconstructing the conversation from scratch.
A downloaded record may contain the facts you selected, so handle it like any other working privacy or incident record.
That is the Council’s real job: make the first pass more consistent, make the next action visible, and make the eventual human decision easier to inspect.
What does it not replace?
Working boundary: The public paths are automated-check-only, not counsel-reviewed. Verify the official text before relying on a result, and let a qualified human own the decision.
The Privacy Wizards Council is a practitioner aid, not legal advice. The tool can structure intake, surface the facts and thresholds that matter, and prepare a cleaner escalation. It cannot know a fact you did not enter, resolve contested law, or approve risk for your organization.
