Here’s the part we’re a little too proud of: you can just walk off with this. The whole Council is one HTML file — no account, no paywall, no telemetry quietly logging which questions made you sweat. Copy the URL out of your address bar, hand it to your own AI, and say “rebuild this for a 40-person shop in three jurisdictions,” or whatever your actual situation is. Steal it. Fork it. Bend it to a situation we never saw coming. A tool that only works as long as you keep coming back isn’t a tool, it’s a subscription — and we didn’t build the Council to rent you your own judgment.
